International shipping (orders outside of USA) will take 10-12 business days after payment is processed and received. Please add 1-2 business days for payment processing. Your billing address must match your shipping address in order for us to ship your order. Orders with different billing and shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded.


Shipping Policy

LHDC365 ships all orders via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx.

Processing time is typically 3 to 4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

All orders over $300 require Signature Confirmation at delivery. No exceptions. Requests to waive Signature Confirmation will not be honored. This policy protects both the customer and LHDC365 by helping confirm successful delivery.

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. LHDC365 is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once a package has been accepted by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, LHDC365 is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or undeliverable packages. If your package is lost or delayed in transit, we will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier and filing a claim when applicable. However, LHDC365 is not liable for packages after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Return Policy

Refund & Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

LHDC365 does not offer refunds. No exceptions. Eligible returns receive store credit or an exchange only.

Due to federal health regulations and hygiene standards, we cannot accept used human hair products. Any item that has been removed from its bundle, worn, washed, cut, colored, chemically processed, altered, or used in any way is not eligible for a store credit or exchange.

To qualify for a store credit or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The request must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date.
• Email your request to LHDC365.INFO@GMAIL.COM before returning your item.
• The item must be unopened, unused, unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, and bundle ties must remain attached.
• Items not returned in their original condition will be refused and returned to the customer.

The following items are not eligible for a store credit or exchange:

• Custom-colored hair
• Custom, special order, or personalized items
• Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items
• Any item that has been opened, removed from its bundle, or altered in any way

Exchange or Store Credit Instructions

  1. Email LHDC365.INFO@GMAIL.COM within 3 days of delivery to request a store credit or exchange.

  2. Wait for approval and return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back within 3 days of receiving approval.

  4. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  5. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an exchange will be shipped or store credit will be issued.

LHDC365 reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet the requirements of this policy.

Cancellation Policy

Customers have 2 hours from the time an order is placed to request a cancellation.

After the 2-hour cancellation window has passed, orders cannot be canceled or refunded. No exceptions.

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a store credit. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or store credit.

To request a cancellation, email LHDC365.INFO@GMAIL.COM within 2 hours of placing your order. Please include your full name and order number.

This might cause your hair to shed and tangle. We cannot guarantee the longevity of any hair that has been processed or chemically treated. Please consult a PROFESSIONAL before applying any chemical to hair.
